The New Jersey Assembly is expected to vote today on a bill to allow exchange betting in an effort to bolster the faltering horse racing industry, Gambling Compliance reports. “We hope this will attract younger customers to race tracks,” said Connie Wagner, a Democratic assembly woman from Paramus whose district borders the Meadowlands Racetrack in Rutherford, New Jersey.
