one week till Del Mar
anyone headed to Del Mar for opening day?
Amount of women on opening day is ridiculous I got hammered (Betwise not alcohol wise) during the early part, but then did ok towards the end of the year. Still had trouble finding a bias on the surface, but my goal is to do better than Brad Free anyone have success last year at Del Mar? Most old school guys I know hated it.

usually I only bet on horses if i'm at the track and buddy buddy with the trainers (did wonders for me at Hastings, which is known for not being a wise track to bet on)
and when i've tried off site I've failed (just pays off to make friends and be surrounded by smart bettors) but for Del Mar it was the opposite, think I was having too much fun at Del Mar and thats why I had a disaster first few weeks but once I got away things started to hit anyways hope you do better at Del Mar this year, its my one vice, i love betting it even though I know I have a high chance of ending up in the negative
