Philadelphia Race 3

2 minutes before the rest, they canceled the wagering on the race. They ran the race for purse money only...Apparently, there were some problems with the program guide sold at the track.. One of the entry horses was omitted from that guide....They were giving everybody there money back on that race....The problem comes on the pick 3 or pick 4..There were a couple bombs that came in on the 1st and 2nd race and would have had a really nice payout....I thought that I heard them say that they were giving the people some kind of money.( I heard it was $60, but was napping so I might be off here)........QUESTION.....Would you be pissed if you had the first two long shots with all in the last leg? I know that they would have had to pay out big time. I emailed betjm and they refunded my money even after the race was run and my horse didn't come in......I have been playing the horses for 25 years and I had never seen that.
