Proposed contest for Breeders Cup

I think we should have some type of contest. Anyone that has any ideas, please let us know. We would only have two days to get it going though.

Even if we don't have a prize(hat, shirt, or money) we could play for the title of Mr. or Mrs Breeder! (some of you already have that title)

Rules could be as follows:
You have a max of 50 play dollars to spend on each of the 8 BC races.

You need to keep your own score or someone could help check em later if you think that you might be in the running

We would limit your exotic wagers to exacta's and trifectas. No pick three, pick four or superfectas.

If you don't spend your $50 on each races, then you loose it. No carry overs.

You must have ALL your picks in before the 1st Breeders Cup race. If your horse scratches, you get the money back. If you have a horse that scratches, you can take a different horse. This is the only time that you can change a selection. If your horse scratches and you are not around to make the change, then you are credited back your $50. *not to bet on another race. The max is $50 no matter what.......

NO EDITING ANY OF YOUR PICKS..THIS MEANS: DO NOT GO BACK INTO YOUR THREAD FOR ANY REASON.....IF YOUR HORSE SCRATCHES, THEN MAKE ANOTHER THREAD AND STATE WHAT YOU ARE DOING

If you are playing exactas or trifectas, please specify the dollar amount.
Anybody want to do this or have any better ideas or changes?

What's up!? I used to post on the horseracing page here all the time. We did the contest you are proposing a couple years ago. I'll post my picks and if there is a contest for fun...... I have a friend that is a concierge in downtown Louisville. He normally picks up some pretty good stuff on some horses now and then from owners and trainers. I asked him if he had anything for today and he said looks "chalky" today. He was at work and had to run, but I guess he means the favorites should run there course, which is not typically what happens today.....hmmmmm Headed to the OTB, be back in a bit....

Went to the track (REMINGTON PARK AND CASINO in OKC)..... Had a nice winner with Ouija Board and the Exacta..... had Invasor and Bernardini, but had so many different things going in that race it barely broke me even... It was nice to see our local track hoppin' and the casino there is really nice. Hope to post again soon
