yes on a WPS bet. For exotic wagers it depends on the type of bet placed as to how its handled. Pick 3 and 4 are different for different tracks. Some give a consolation and some give you the favorite in its place.

that`s right,also if you have him across the board(wps) like i always
do,then you credit your account back the 30.00,if you went across,
or w,wp,wps,s,ps..do it the same way your book does,or say the
same way tvg,and the other horse betting channel(hrtv)does.

If you check AFTER the race...like the BetJamaica racebook...you can see if a horse got refunded or not.
