Rmac's Zorro Tipper

Aqueduct Race #3 Wednesday

Was able to do some overnight handicapping and saw this possibility for today. Testing against the primer logic, this horse stacks-up very well as a great bet between 5-2 and 4-1.

#4 Winward Passage. This horse's better days are behind him (ran in some of the better 3yr old preps back in the day), but he has a great stalking/closing style which suits Aqueduct's 1-1/8 mile distance. I am hoping he can run back to that mid-70's Beyer as #1 is going to get a great trip and be closing fast. I am going to take a stand against #1 as I figure his last fast race at Philadelphia may have taken a bit out of him. Not to mention he will get bet down to around 8/5.

Not a ton of speed in the race, but #4 should relish the extra distance and I am hoping he will be a bit closer to a bit of a slower pace today. Trainer Contessa/Rider Morales are 9 of 19 in the money this meet when they combine.

The Play $100 WPS on #4

For you Tri players...thinking 1,4/1,2,3,4/1,2,3,4,5 Thinking it will be somewhat of a short-priced Tri. Good luck everyone.

The #1 scratched. But, alas, the 4 finished last. Lone speed won that race.

I didn't see anything from him today, but another guy played Hollywood. Someone else posted a Pick 3 and it hit to the tune of $2666.60. Had a 25-1 middle race winner.
