Any chance that any of our good people here at CM hit the pick 6 at Churchill? I went to CD Saturday to see the big pot in person. No, I didn't hit it, but I did have four of six. It paid.......nothing. Had one of the worst days, but I was at Churchill which was nice anyday. Later that night, we came back to Indy only to stop into the local OTB for some late night action. You can't beat that Daily Double.... Going next Saturday to close out the meet. Oh, I did get some pics of "derby
Legends". They were in the winners circle during the day. Some of them included Jockeys:Pat Day, Chris McCarron, Mike Smith, Steve Cauthon, Angel Cordero jr, Patty Cooksey, Craig Perret and Secretariate jockey Ron Turcott. Trainers: D Wayne Lukas, Nick Zito and Lynn Whitting. There were some others that I can't remember. I was about 25 feet from these great
Legends. To have a picture of this group has to rank up there with some pretty good ones. It is by far my best to date. I had a chance to meet and get the autographs of these, but when I went to the line, it looked like an 2 hour wait. I wouldn't have minded it, but the women with me hadn't heard of any of these people. Just had to let you guys know !!
