Bigdog, this is an exacta bet, which means you want to pick the top two finishers in a race. In this bet, you choose the exacta bet. Pick the 2,3, & 9 horses WITH the 2,3,9 & 5 horses. For this race, you want the 2,3, or 9 to come in first and the 2,3,5 or 9 to come in 2nd. A $2 wager will cost you $18. Hope this helps and good luck.
