Don't you just Love it? The only bad thing about it is if you like a 6 or 7 to 1 odd horse and someone on TVG picks that horse, you can count on that horse going down to 7/2 or below. I think many people just bet off of what TVG says and never handicap a race themselves.

We'll see, Matt Caruthers (SP?) picked the 4 horse at 13/1 in the 8th at Belmont.
