Wanna hear something depressing?
The night before the derby I had all my picks. I was going $100WP on Big Brown. $20 to show on Borel (Denis of Cork). A trifecta: Big Brown: All: Denis of Cork. And and Superfecta of Big Brown: All: Denis of Cork: All...Had the figures..went to the bank Friday morning to get the cash to play the derby only. However..I went to a Crawfish Boil Friday night and was so hungover I could hardly move Saturday. I figured hell with it, it's a long shot anyway...so yeah..Friday night I basically ate $30,000 worth of crawfish...It's fun being a cajun most of the time...lol Congrats to all those who cashed in. On the bright side maybe i'll actually see a triple crown winner in my lifetime. But i'll still be broke.
