At Belmont the 15 won the 1st race and everybody was scratched but the 6 horse in the 8th race.
All the races came off the turf.

I have always considered the race track as a great baromoter of what that particular country is all about. Reason being the track is easy to understand, but a business like IBM isn't.
In Europe you can have a hurricane and a tornado and the turf races stay on the turf.
In this country the past 10 years if somebody takes a leak on the grass at 5 in the morning they will cancel all the grass races that day and move them to the dirt course.
If somebody takes a crap on the dirt course, I guess all racing will be postponed for the day.

What did I just tell you? Pimlico is also OFF THE TURF.
I guess they found out that a guy took a pee on the grass at 4am this morning and the Union says it is too dangerous to run on. No Turf at Pimlico today.

Its this kind of crap from these unions that MAY CLOSE PIMLICO THIS YEAR. This is true, they may close the track this year.
Wonder how they will feel about rules when they have no job at all.
