So who's the number one NFL fantasy bust this year?

There's been a lot of them. Gurley went # 1 on many boards.

Who's your choice as the biggest fantasy bust of the year?

I put Gurley ahead of them only because you can move on from those two since they are injured. Gurley you continue to start and get shit from him. Trust me I know.

I traded Jordy Nelson for him. Not that Jordy has been graet since I traded him but Gurley is awful.

I was thinking the opposite. I had Peterson and there was no moving on. There wasn't a FA RB worth a shit when he went out. I have been trying to find a replacement since he left. Guys like fozzy Whitaker or Starks, who was also hurt. Even though gurley sucks, I would plug him in and hope for 8 or 10 points each week.

My final answer would be Peterson. After looking.

My 3 drafts (picked)

Gurley 5th
Peterson 7th

Gurley 6th
Peterson 8th

Gurley 5th
Peterson 7th

YTD RB Points

Gurley 22nd
Peterson 121st

Gurley
Hopkins

AP got hurt, that happens. AP fell to the 2nd rd in one of my drafts, lot of sharp FF players.

ANd it is hands down Gurley at this point. You could have gotten better production on the waiver wire after the season started.

I think Miller is just an overrated bust period. He came with hype, shows signs of potential but really just has speed which doesn't do much in the NFL where everyone is fast.

I also thought more people would have said Hopkins

So Greg oden wasnt a bust? Just a bad luck draft pick? I disagree. Fucked is fucked, no matter how it happens and I got fucked with Peterson IMO.

Wikipedia

Draft (Sports)
A draft bust occurs when a highly touted or highly selected draftee does not meet expectations. This can be for a variety of reasons, but the most often noted are injury or inability to perform at a professional level. A player is also regarded as a larger bust if more successful players are drafted after him

Hopkins was my 1st overall pick in 3 leagues...WHAT A JOKE he's been this year. Plus the fact his QB sucks doesn't help either.

In fantasy, injuries are bad luck IF it it someone who is not ripe for injury or is not old as shit, etc... In AP's case, it could go both ways. His injury is bad luck; his age and years of pounding he has taken, plus prior injuries made him a fantasy risk.

Drafting and losing Tony Romo would be a mistake; losing, say, David Carr would be bad luck

I was expecting more consistency from Odell Beckham

This week I've got Michael Thomas as Flex and Odell as bench warmer
