Hello everyone,

I participated in NFL Pick 5 last year and will do this year as well. I was wondering would anyone be interested in some side H2H action with same rules and everything (official Pick 5 contest leaderboard)? I'd do $1k-$10k range per person, can do more than 1.

Also, do admins allow this and is there any way that Jack or someone reputable would be willing to escrow the money in case someone is interested? I don't mind paying escrowing fee...

Good luck to everyone playing any contests this year!

What was last years total entries seems light this year.

We usually have between 80-100. Lots of people join the last week but seems like we’re lagging a bit

True, last year we had about 25-30 just last week alone. NFL pick 5 is down slightly pace and Big Survivor is higher pace. A few more people have paid NFL confidence weekly for entire season this year as well. All that being said I think bottom line though is probably have one too many buy-in contests where choices have to be made rather than when guys used to play in all of them. IT is something I will look at next year

I think though by time we kickoff we we may be a little down in this one we will be fairly close

I looked last year and every pay pool had gone up on entries for 4 years in a row. At some point you would think it has to hit its peak and maybe last year was it.

There were 84 last year and by Sunday I don't think it will be too far away from that though.

I cannot remember exactly Hope, but wasn't it around 48-52? Somewhere close to 60%?

I would have started 2-0. Didn't check to see if lines were posted.

I was thinking somewhere between 44-48. 60% is very impressive.

60% is indeed rare Hope. If you are one of the best football handicappers in the world, you will average around 53 or 54% long-term. So getting 60% requires that it is one of those lucky seasons that gets you an additional 6 or 7% ... and maybe you are right, it might have been more around 45 wins last year. Still very good!

Those are very high scores the past two years. Can we expect I drop this year?

that's an insane rate. I hope I start out strong as I tend to suck real bad as the season comes along. it's hard to recover when you go 5-10 the 1st 3 weeks.
