2011 mlb systems

Well boys.. Gonna get back into MLB this year.. Some of you know I used to play a Road System on here a few yrs back. I took last yr off from Baseball, but gonna jump back in this yr.

I have researched 3 systems that I think provide an excellent opportunity to make money. Like the Road System, it is a Martingale betting progression. These are not for everybody. I just dont have the time or passion for MLB like I do for NFL/CFB, so I use systems to eliminate the handicapping.

I will lay out the ground work for the systems.. I am not sure that I will be able to post everyday, will depend on how busy work is this spring. Ill do my best. The results the Last 3 yrs are impressive, hope you guys enjoy....

SYSTEM 1:

Bet Against a team off scoring 0 runs. This is a 6gm Chase. We will OMIT the following teams. (LAD , OAK , C.SOX).. Everyone else is a go. I like this system the best due to the fact it has only had 3 losses in 3 yrs and we only omit 3 teams.

Results previous 3 years:

2010: 280-1 +264 UNITS

Gm1- 141 wins
Gm2- 76 wins
Gm3- 35 wins
Gm4- 12 wins
Gm5- 9 wins
Gm6- 7 wins

1 loss- Detroit Tigers

2009: 228-1 +198 UNITS

Gm1- 125 wins
Gm2- 52 wins
Gm3- 28 wins
Gm4- 14 wins
Gm5- 5 wins
Gm6- 4 wins

1 Loss- NYY

2008: 219-1 +150 UNITS

Gm1- 117 wins
Gm2- 42 wins
Gm3- 28 wins
Gm4- 19 wins
Gm5- 7 wins
Gm6- 6 wins

1 Loss- TB

SYSTEM 2:

Bet On a team off allowing 0 runs. This is a 5gm Chase. We will OMIT the following teams. (LAD , BALT, KC, CLEV, WASH).. Everyone else is a go. As you can ses, the teams we are omitting are mostly lower tier teams.. There are not many wins generated from these teams and alot of risk for a loss.

Results previous 3 years:

2010: 269-2 +204 UNITS

Gm1- 148 wins
Gm2- 67 wins
Gm3- 29 wins
Gm4- 13 wins
Gm5- 12 wins

2 losses- Oakland,Colorado

2009: 227-1 +183 UNITS

Gm1- 133 wins
Gm2- 45 wins
Gm3- 29 wins
Gm4- 14 wins
Gm5- 6 wins

1 Loss- Cincy

2008: 202-4 +101 UNITS

Gm1- 118 wins
Gm2- 44 wins
Gm3- 25 wins
Gm4- 8 wins
Gm5- 7 wins

4 Losses- SD,PITT,HOU,ATL

SYSTEM 3:

Bet Against a team off LOSING by 5 runs or more. This is a 6gm Chase. We will OMIT the following teams. (LAD , NYY, CINCY, COL, ANA, WASH, MIL, CUBS, TB, KC).. Everyone else is a go. This generates the most amt of plays, but I would say it is the riskiest or lowest ROI. I have omitted alot of teams to avoid losses.

Results previous 3 years:

2010: 431-2 +322 UNITS

Gm1- 232 wins
Gm2- 101 wins
Gm3- 49 wins
Gm4- 30 wins
Gm5- 13 wins
Gm6- 6 wins

2 losses- Miny, Mets

2009: 454-2 +285 UNITS

Gm1- 257 wins
Gm2- 99 wins
Gm3- 67 wins
Gm4- 29 wins
Gm5- 9 wins
Gm6- 3 wins

2 Losses- SD,Oakland

2008: 428-6 +56 UNITS

Gm1- 211 wins
Gm2- 113 wins
Gm3- 62 wins
Gm4- 23 wins
Gm5- 13 wins
Gm6- 6 wins

6 Losses- HOU, FLO, BOST,DET, CLEV, C.SOX

I have not fully decided how I am going to play this. To play all 3 independant chases, you would need a large sum of money IMO. Obviously, all 3 are successful, but I dont want to play all 3 and cut myself short if we get deep into a chase early.

From my experience, I like to start with 150 Units for a chase system. I guess you could get away with going 100 units, but you must be prepared to reload if necessary. Im definetly playing both Shut-Out systems, just have to decide on the 5 run Loss.

Fire away if you have questions.

honestly if you play $25 a unit you are talking about $2500 starting fund I think for most bettors that is very reasonable

What do you do when there's a conflict? i.e. Team A shuts out Team C, while Team B shuts out Team D. Team A plays Team B. What do you do?

This gets especially interesting if the conflict happens at G4 or something...

thats a good point Ang, Im guessing thats why RY still has not figured out how to play these together yet. One suggestion I can make though, if there is a conflict in a game what you can do is end both chases there, take the loss and put it into a modified labby system strating out of the next series of chases...

I actually was trying to type this out when i first posted, because i knew that would be one of the first question.. I was half thru and it sounded confusing as hell.. Ill try it again here..If you dont follow, just ask away and ill try to better explain, its a little confusing...

We have to keep in mind these are 3 INDEPENDANT SYSTEMS... You have to treat them as such.

Lets say you are playing System #2 and you are in Gm 4 (Team A vs Team B). Your bets is on Team A to WIN, risking 11 units to win 10 units. Lets say Team B just shut out there prev opp, so you would be on Gm 1 of a play ON Team B to WIN. For obvious reasons, you dont want to play both sides. This is how I play it.

In this example team A is -110 and Team B is +100

You need the follwing bets....

Team A........11 units to win 10 unit
Team B.........1 unit to win 1 unit

So I would just make 1 play on Team A of 9.9 units to win 9 units. If Team A were to win, that series is complete and you profited 10 units. Your next bet is on Team B to win 2 units, if this were to win , you are up the 1 unit, for a Total of 11 units.

Does that make sense?

Another situation that is sure to come up.. Lets say Team A is off a Shut-Out W, so we are to play ON this team to win.. Lets assume they in Gm 3 they are Shut-Out, causing Sys #1 to kick and now we are supposed to play AGAINST the same team we are playing on. Here is what we do....

Gm 1-Team A (to win) -120 fav..... loss..........1.2/1
Gm 2- Team A (to win)-150 fav..... loss......... 3.3/2.2
Gm 3 - Team A (to win) -110 fav.....loss .........5/4.5 (Team A is SHUT-OUT in this gm)
Gm 4- Team A (to win)-150 fav......win...........15/10.5
Gm 1- Team A (to lose), bet on team B +135.....loss..... .75/1

**So when we get to Gm 4, we are not going to play both sides.. We will just play Team A to WIN, risking 14.6/9.75 units. If they do win that chase is over and we would start to bet Team A to LOSE and our first bet would be to win 1.75 Units. (this is accting for the .75 units you lost out on from the prev bet)

I would not recommend doing this. I did not research to see how this would go, if you carried 1 series into the next and that one lost, you would be down huge
