ACE PLAYS 1-1 -0.3 units

Ok today is the day I play a bunch of games. I love this weekend right b4 the All Star Break bc it gives us a lot of advantages for slacking teams that are already on vacation. This will also give me a larger sample size record here!!! Looking for 7-0 here!!!! (played the 7 team parlay)

FAVORITES

PHILLIES -260
Hamels was terrific in his last start. Ohlendorf has been fading. Easy unit here as it will never be close. Phillies starting to hit their stride and look for another big run output from them tonight.

GIANTS -260
Cain has been on fire of late and Padres need a great shutdown performance after last night's shell-shocker; Unfortunately, Stauffer is not the guy to do that. Just like Astros and Marlins series, Giants continue the pattern of the opening two games' domination. Worth the price and then some!!!

TOTALS

BLUE JAYS/ORIOLES OVER 9.5
Two pitchers just asking for a short outing. Romero lived dangerously Monday vs. the Yanks and the Orioles will be ready for him this time. The umps wont help him this time. Hill has looked shaky at times, and will fall into the trap of the shootout tonight. May be over by the 6th.

BRAVES/ROCKIES UNDER 9.5
Two pitchers at the top of their game. Both have been marvelous last month--looking for that to continue; also, Rockies offense blank since they were stunned by the Dbacks turnaround a week ago--Braves never hit well at Coors and games have been playing under there this year.

CLOSE CALLS

MARLINS +109
West has looked good and Garland not so much. One bad inning sunk West's last start and really one bad pitch to Kung Fu Panda. Dbacks way too many lefties to have any fun til late and the Marlins pen is solid. Garland gets rocked early I think!!!

YANKEES -110
Pettite angry about last start and the Yankees have to take advantage of the Angels injuries at some point. Think Angels run outta fire power this afternoon. Slight edge to Weaver but his pitch count has been hurting him lately. Pettite good career numbers vs. Angels, esp. when you take out Hunter and Guerrero!!! Aybar and Figgins wont have the speed advantage from the left side with the great=fielding Pettite as well. Like this spots for the Yanks!!!

MARINERS -116
Just dont get it here. Millwood starting to crack and Washburn really coming into his own. Rangers shoulda won the first two; this one goes to the M's easy. Davis good for 4 strikeouts and the lefties will generate very little. Think Millwood needs to hold em to 2 maybe 3 and I just dont think that happens tonight!!!

Good luck!!!

Im serious about this theory----

ADDING:

BREWERS/DODGERS UNDER 10

Worth a unit on what I feel will be a great day!!! No opinion on the game but going with the trend: AGAINST A capper on here that has lost at least his last 4 TOTALS OF THE YEAR (some in the same year LOL) Maybe we will get some balls hit right at some people but its worth a shot--better trend than Ive seen in awhile!!!

Im sorry you feel that way. I have a lot of respect for you and your plays. I feel that you are a great capper!!! Im just one of many here that are very frustrated with these "Plays of the Year" attention grabbing antics, especially when you have already played and lost Plays of the Year (black and white). Good luck to both of you and I will be sure to be the first to congratulate the play if it hits...Just really frustrated and Im taking a chance here!!!

Not cool at all ACE730! As a matter of fact, that is a low blow and maybe you don`t know any better, but don`t do it again!

I am not a big fan of the "hype" either but the bottom line is that when there is gambling there is gonna be hype

If you don't like it fade it but keep it to yourself is all I'm saying
