AL East/Wildcard Race
I know that all of the experts have anointed the Yanks and Sox as the playoff entries from the AL East but I am sticking to what I know....
Rays play both the Yanks and Sox 7 times each... Rays have a better starting rotation than both teams.... Sox and Yanks play almost with no off days for the pitching staffs... I am not guaranteeing anything here but I do like the way the last 3 weeks are gonna play out... It all starts this weekend with Rays hosting the Sox...Davis, Hellickson and Shields vs. Lackey, Weiland and Lester... Last time they played the Rays pitching held the Sox to 3 hits in each game... Rays have 20 games left and need to win 15-17 of them to win the East... Tough stretch but that is why they play the games...
