AL MVP-Mauer or Morneau?

Would have to say that at this time, they are 1 and 2 in the running.

Too bad management will do nothing to add any quality players to the roster to give them a chance.

I drive by their beautiful new stadium every day and a whole new source of revenue. Very irritating to be a fan

I have called the local police department to file a missing person report on GM Bill Smith. I am hoping he is still alive

They are getting no offensive production from their 2B and also limited from their SS postion.

If Crede is going to be out of the lineup all the time, would make 3B a huge priority, but he is supposedly going to be OK

Could also use a reliever and a innings eating starter.

Only guy mentioned here right now is Orlando Cabrera as maybe a possiblity

I hear so much about these two, yet the team record does not reflect that, the rest of the team must really blow big time.

I would think so and yeah they have talked about it a little. They can move Bonafacio to 2b his natural position. Uggla gets big bucks from Marlins and having a terrible year. A change of scenery might work

Gardenhire puts such an emphasis on defense, I don't think Uggla would be a good fit for him, but I would love to see it myself

I dont understand the whole Delmon Young, I thought he was going to be a real star but he has been the complete opposite, and as for the 2B position Alexi has had an awful year, I had him in my fantasy league last year and he was great but this year has been absolutely dreadful for him, hopefully he can turn it around because him and Span could be a great weapon in front of Mauer and Morneau with there speed

The Delmon Young trade was one of their worst trades ever

He is the complete oppositie of the type of player that the Twins usually target and now he has no value, at all. He's a huge headcase and from what they say, he will not listen to any of the coaches trying to help him

I don't think Mauer or Morneau will get it if they miss playoffs.....even if they make the playoffs I think they take too many votes from each other but I would give Mauer a shot if they get in

If Yanks win the division I think Teixeria wins it.......

Would love to see Michael Young get it if the Rangers get into playoffs.....

IMO Hunter was a leading candidate for the 1st half but his injuries could cost him....he will still be in the mix though if they make the playoffs

Cabrera could have a shot if Detroit holds on to win the Central.....

Bay will have a shot as well......

Bay, Teixeria, Hunter, Cabrera, and Mauer would be my top 5 right now
