Angelus - Spreadsheet for '10 ?
Angelus,
Are you going to create a spreadsheet again this year for the MLB ROAD SYSTEM? That was tons of help last year! |

Yes, definitely. I will have it ready for the start of the season.
I'm hesitant to play it though. Seems like it's been nothing but a huge stressor the last couple years and has failed to make very much money... I could use some input into what teams/totals to play. |

For reference, here is what we played last year:
BALT..............L CLEV..............L KC.................L TB................L FLO...............L HOU...............L SD.................L GIA...............L YANKS...........W ATL...............L C.SOX...........L,Under TOR.............L/Under ANA..............L/Under OAK..............Under WASH............L/Under ARI...............L/Under PITT.............L/Under STL...............L/Under MIL................L,Under CUBS.............L,Under LAD..............L,Under TEXAS...........L/Over MINY.............Under DET.............Under CINCY...........L/Over Washington under & Pittsburgh under proved to be problematic so I will probably drop those. I welcome any input. |

I looked at every team (no filter) for last year and I think I see that if you played each team to lose one of 6 games on the road then the record would have been 286-2.
Two losses were Florida (in April - first series) and Atlanta (in September - last series). I remember being very nervous in September with chasing teams. Atlanta killed me! Home field advantage is highly under rated in my opinion. Especially with some of your lower tier teams. Washington Nationals won 40% of their home games last year and was the worst team in baseball (record wise). |
