I know he can get homers with the best of them, but also can strike out time & time again. I guess it is a good acquisition for them, as I know the Jays sniffed around him.

Why would anyone trade for a player who averages over 210 K's a season (lmao)
and barely hits above the mendoza line? one of the worst 3B defensively in the league as well.

and what's worse is that it's coming for a decent pitcher and a prospect on a team who badly needs pitching.

don't understand this move at all for baltimore

Good trade for AZ imo, get rid of a big strikeout guy, and pick up two good pitching prospects that both hit in the high 90s, should be good set up guys for JJ Putz now.
