75.5 seems very high for a team most likely being picked to finish 5th in their division tells me oddsmakers are thinking this team will be very competitive.

Imagine playing half of their games vs NYY/BOS/TB/TOR. If lucky they can get 32 of those games which puts them 43-39 vs the rest of league which means they will compete.

Or it could be an overreaction to their strong finish after Showalter took over. Personally I dont think they can sniff 76 wins in the AL East but a strong contrarian will be to side with the books and play the OVER.

I like the over, mostly because I think the Yankees, Rays and Jays will slide back a bit from last year, and the Orioles will pick up a few of those wins. They made some additiions that should improve the team. I wouldn't be surprised to see Baltimore move up to 4th.

I also like the over. The O's were decent under Showalter end of last year. Think it carries over & this team closes in on .500

Man, i was hoping this would be about 4 games lower. I like the O's this year to hover around .500.

If healthy, they should have a very competitive line up. Its all on the up and coming pitching staff to keep them in games.
