Betjam cancelled wagers info

I played the under in the chc and sd game last night, chc just needed to record 3 outs in the top 9th to finish the game when it was called. Betjam just listed as cancelled. I have never came across this issue with them; any input please.

it is common amongst all books..the game must go at least 8.5 innings for totals and run lines to have action..moneylines are official once it goes 5 innings

actually they had 6 outs left to go in the game
