The left-hander is coming off a 7-4 home victory over the Red Sox, giving up three runs and five hits over 6 2/3 innings. Romero will be making his 15th start away from the Rogers Centre, producing a 6-7 mark and 3.01 ERA, as opponents are hitting .224 against him. In 12 career efforts versus the Red Sox, the 26-year-old is 3-6 with a 7.63 ERA, including a 2-3 mark and 6.47 ERA in six starts at Fenway Park.
