I was looking into this too. To add to your numbers, the astros are 0-5 in the last 5 games against the rangers and Backe is 1-2 with a 7.77 era against them. My gut feeling keeps telling me the astros are somehow going to win this one... and my gut is rarely right.

My bet is one the under 11! Sure, backe sucks, but 11 is a high number and check this out:

Here are the over/under stats against the opposing league for both teams:

Rangers: 0-10
Stros: 0-4-1

I am betting big on the under.

how can you say that all signs point to the over?
NEITHER TEAM has played a game that went over 11 runs since Thursday June 4th.
I like the Under huge and Texas as well.
Padilla is 2-0 with a 1.80 in his last two starts against the Astros. And Backe is 1-2 with a 6.52 ERA in three career starts versus the Rangers.

i'm leaning on backing up my run line risk amount w/ ML, usually what i do with rl bets

but i'm a puss and a conservative when it comes to betting, Love the play on the Rangers but i don't trust padilla 100%

love the over. Padilla may explode. Over is the play IMO. Texas bats are back.
