Calling all Padres fans

What do I need to know about Kyle Blanks? Kid was named to the clean up spot in their order behind Adrian. 22, seems like he's got a bunch of power.

I just dropped Max Scherzer in my cash league to pick this kid up. Am I getting excited about this mistakenly, or is this kid the real deal?

Also, Luke Gergerson had 20+ holds last year, and we added that to our pool this year as a stat (FML). Same thing: what's the deal on this kid? I just suggested him to a buddy who has no middle relief on his squad.

As long as he stays healthy he might hit 30 hrs. He's legit

Blanks is the real deal...been excited about him since the beginning of last season.

He's probably going to hit 30 hr's this year but give him a year or two and he'll be in the 40's

Padres pen is underrated. Mike Adams, Gregerson, Bell...they have one of the better pens in the league. We're just without that ace pitcher once we lost Peavey.

BTW thanks for the responses. I did a little reading and am pretty excited to even watch this kid play, let alone have him safely stored on my roster.
