I actually really do not like todays games and I feel like I am forcing this play just a bit but its early in the season and being up after the first week it allows me to force just a bit.

Probably will throw a half unit on the Nats alternate runline just to keep me entertained this afternoon. Having a heckuva time trying to justify why a winless Nats team against the defending World Series champion is such a small dog. Was really expecting to see the Phils open at least -130 and was actually shocked to see them open around -115 so I will probably take a shot at the Nats at -1.5 for a nice return. Right now sitting at around +210 for the alternate runline and hoping to see it go up closer to gametime.

It's only because old man Moyer is throwing for the Phils today. Otherwise they would be huge favourites. I like the Nats & Rays today as well.

Even with the old man pitching I was fully expecting to see minimum -130 to open against the winless Nats. My rule of thumb is when I personally can't justify a line I either fade it or avoid it and since there really is not much else I like today I will go with the fade it part of these two choices and to add a bit of excitement I will give the alternate runline a shot.

Came out of one meeting and heading into another and was really hoping to see the line higher for the Nats and it has gone down instead Don't have the time to see if it goes back up so here we go.
