Commissioiner Bud Selig has issued the following new rules in the interest of "fairness" to MLB. They will all be effective as of 7/4/2009.

1. The Cubs will change uniforms and caps to a new tan & black spotted motif.

2. In order to make the pursuit of a World Series Ring more fair, all Cubs players will be allowed to use "performence enhancing" drugs on a game day basis. 100 years is just too long to wait.

3. Regardless of any future player transactions, the Cubs will never have to play with their "Johnson" out.

4. All visiting batters will enter the batters box with a 1-1 count, and will be out on the first foul ball after two strikes.

5. All visiting teams will get 2 outs per inning and the Cubs will get 4 outs per inning. I had to go with Abner on the 6 out total.

6. Any Cubs fan under 10 years old will get "Free Chitos" for the full 9 innings.

Anyone who spends as much free time in the pursuit of demeaning ANY team is a lil stupid, imo.

Just like the manager of your fav team, calling Cub fans stupid. That comes from a man who has spent 30 years in the U S and speaks like he just got off the boat. His constant rants about what Wrigley being a chithole, is rather funny as he played 1/2 his carrer in the worst ballpark ever, Comiskey, with the tin siding that dumbass drunks beat on the whole game.
