Does Seattle have best 1-2 punch in baseball now?

King Felix & Cliff Lee - that's pretty good

The only problem with Cards is can Carpenter stay healthy for two years in a row?

By far best 1 2 in the league, and now Boston best 1-5 after signing Lackey (Lester, Beckett, Lackey, Dice-K, Buchholtz). But you cant hand pick a better 1-2 then King Felix and Lee. If they can get a bat, I feel bad for who plays them in the playoffs with those 2 at the front of the rotation. The lineup might be the worst in baseball after Ichiro and Figgins. I do like the Cards and Giants as well though, some keeps building some legit pitching staffs.

absolutly the best 1-2 in baseball. Think Seattle will sign bay as wel. Bay is from the pacific northwest and seems to be interested in going back home. I think they wil need another bat as well, but they may resign Branyan, who had a hell of a year last year.

Phillies are stupid to let go Lee and go for Halladay. The difference is miniscule.

100 mil contract over 5/6 years, isn't that a steal??? He's better than Sabathia and Burnett, and aren't they getting payed more from memory? Well actually Burnetts 82m and CC is 168mil over 7, but still Lee is the better option.

I just don't get it, why give up prospects for Halladay, when Lee is avaialble.
