Well fellas its time to begin the second half and im going to open it with an exclusive play.... this may seem a little sentimental for my hometown giants with tim lincecum on the mound and the big number, but im banking on a great performance here at home for the kid....

the negative side to this play is that Timmie has exited the game in his last 5 home starts leading only once, his team losing 3 out of those 5 games ... From 2007-2009 timmie went 21-8 at home ~ this season he is only 5-3 in his home starts.... The reason is that hitters have become more patient against him and his fly outs have increased... in fact, his last 5 consecutive games there were more fly outs than his ground outs.... but ... on the positive side is that the giants are giving him support offensively, averaging 5.36 runs per a game.... not to mention that the giants have been on a complete tear since the trade of benji molina.... with the total set at 7, this over looks enticing especially with carlos beltran returning to the mets lineup.....

I LIKE TIMMIE AND THE GIANTS IN THIS ONE FOR SEVERAL REASONS....FIRST OF ALL THE GIANTS ARE 16-4 LIFETIME IN TIMMIES NEXT START AFTER TIMMIE THROWS 10 K'S OR MORE, BUT WHATS MORE INTERESTING IS THAT HE HAS DONE THIS 6 TIMES AT HOME AND THAT RECORD IS A PERFECT 6-0 WHILE THE GIANTS HAVE WON BY MORE THAN 2 RUNS IN 5 OF THOSE 6 GAMES..... WHATS EVEN MORE SATISFYING BUT KIND OF IRONIC FOR ME IS THAT ITS LINCECUM BOBBLEHEAD DAY COME THIS SATURDAY.... A BOBBLEHEAD WITH HIM HOLDING 2 CY YOUNG AWARDS.... THE PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPT WILL LOOK LIKE A GENIUS AS THEY HAVE RAISED PRICES FOR THIS SERIES...ALL THREE GAMES TO THIS SERIES HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT, SF FANS AND THEIR TEAM WANT TO GET THE JUMP ON IN THE SECOND HALF OF THIS SEASON FOR THE DIVISION FIGHT....IF I WERE IN TOWN TO GO TO THIS GAME I WOULD DEFINATELY BE THERE TO WATCH A GREAT GAME THATS GOING TO BE THROWN BY THIS KID.... AFTER THIS GAME YOU CAN BET THE SCALPERS ARE GOING TO DRIVE THOSE BOBBLEHEAD TICKETS UP FURTHER COME SATURDAY.....SINCE I CANT BE THERE, I WILL GIVE THE SUPPORT BY RISKING AN EXCLUSIVE PLAY WITH TIMMIE AND THE GIANTS..... AND SO SHOULD YOU !!!
