Starting at 250 my unit value would be between 10.00 and 15.00 though

Ginseng, chillll. It will happen again n again, if you get too emotional over 1 game, what are you going to do if you lose a few in a row. Keep your cool. Or you will lose you bank roll. When things get bad, take a couple of days off. It will help clear your mind.
