game 7 thoughts ... lets hear them ...

ok, so i keep hearing people talk about "gimme the cards, no matter what the price is ... no way they lose game 7"

my thoughts are this: after that CRUSHING loss last night, texas really has nothing to lose. everyone is counting them out. Cardinals have alllllll the pressure in the world on them. i still think texas finds a way to win this game tonight.

thoughts?

The rangers can win if their bats get hot tonight. Pitching will be in the cards favor tho. I really like the American League but I think Cards win now. That is if the rangers don't slap knock the cover off the ball.

IMHO, the Rangers will win. Last night I had St. Louis to win cause I had like 230 bucks on them. I thought Garcia would be the best pitcher against the rangers but we saw what happened to him. They some how pulled it out. I don't know how, but they did. Texas seems like they can hit at will. I would go with Texas, but I may not even touch this game and enjoy it. Why should I wager on the last game, I already wagered on way too many of them anyway. I am just going to sit back and just watch this one.

I think most of pressure is on the Rangers if they are even feeling pressure at this point. Cards in their own ballbark and Rangers trying to win first ever WS. What happens if they fall behind early by a few runs. Gotta get to Carpenter early. Pitchers on 3 days rest in the playoffs and WS since 2005 have done pretty well but Carpenter has pitched only once in his career on 3 days rest in game 2 of the NLCS against the Phillies this year and he only lasted 3 innings. Game is a toss up in my opinion.

Harrison will have to pitch outstanding for the Rangers to have a chance.

Harrison got hit hard in his last outing, Carpenter on 3 days rest, and with all the work the pen's had to do last night I lean to the over 8 tonight.
