Looking for the 3 best teams starting the season, I like following the 3 best and tracking them.

Philly?
NYY?
Give me the unforseen one... TB?

A couple of teams that may jump up into that group this year.

Atlanta- if they can stay healthy they have an offense this year that can score runs and a very nice pitching lineup(starters, bullpen still not as sure about)

Colorado- all the pieces are there this year to continue off what they did in the second half of last year.

Boston- great starting pitching, great bullpen the big question in my mind about them is going to be there offense this year.

Philly- not as high on them as everybody else seems to be. Think this division is going to come down to the Braves and the Phils.

StLouis- I think will have to be in the discussion this year with them having another bat in Holliday to help out Pujols. Very good starting pitching and nice bullpen.

Minnesota- really like the Twins this year until Nathan was lost for the season. Going to have a very good defensive team, a nice pen and I think a pretty good starting staff. Offensively I think they are going to be able to score some runs this year but would like to see some games at their new park to see what type of park is it going to be, favor more the pitchers or favor the hitters.

Philly getting too much love. Terrible bullpen and Blanton got hurt today. That and Jamie Moyer is there number 5 lol. They still will be good, but early in the season they may struggle.

6 of their first 9 are against Washington
of their first 24 games no one made the past season last year
In those first 24 game only 6 of them (Braves and Marlins) are against teams at or above .500 from last year.

I think getting off slowly is something the Phillies will not do, I think they race out of the gate beating down of weaker pitching and just outscoring people....
