its bad business he took a 100% screw job...not that he needs the money but he was due 1 million for making the roster and another 1.5 million if he was on the roster for 90 days...he just threw 11 score less innings in minor league ball and at age 43 went thru shoulder rehab....if the braves were gonna cut him they could have told him before he went thru all the rehab...maddux and him were the face of the braves for a decade and a half, he won 20 games for them on 5 different occasions and this is the thanx he gets...its not like the braves are loaded with pitching, 11 score less innings and you cut him...my question is what did he have to do to make the team??? he was getting cut no matter how well he pitched in the minors...this g.m. (i think his name is green) is the same jackass that gave albert bell the world to come to baltimore, and pretty much destroyed that franchise to the present....its just sad there is no loyalty left anywhere...i hope someone in the east grabs him just so he can stick it to the braves 1 last time before he retires...1st ballot hall of fame inductee he should where a METS jersey for the screw job the braves just gave him...
