As long as Papelbon can go 2 innings, Boston has a shot to get in done in the 10th.
I like K. Youkilis, J. Varitek, A. Beltre coming up. Didn't like seeing Martinez go out after hitting a 2-run shot, but I saw Varitek hit grand slams from both sides of the plate in a game once, so I trust him.
