Granderson/Jackson Deal

watching granderson strike out with the bases drunk reminded me of the deal they made this year for granderson trading away austin jackson. austin jackson is absolutely killing granderson in every category and this could be a really bad deal for the yankees. jackson at the leadoff spot and moving jeter to the 2 hole would have made them even more dangerous.

it just seems like i havent heard anyone talk about this. media or cappers/fans

definately too early to tell. but jackson looks real good at the top of any lineup especially the yankee lineup.

i understand its hard to tell with prospects. but they made this trade and its not like jackson sat in the minors to develop a bit. he was in the opening day lineup and done real well since. not bad for a 23 year old. grandy is only 25, so both have big time potential.

Granderson is 29. According to experts, players are in their prime at 28....so he's over the hill now
