Question HELP ! Texas/Seattle 4:40pm match-up

Can someone enlighten me to why this o/u line is so low at 7.5 runs ? I just feel Padilla is terrible and Texas hits lefties so much better then righties.
Please help !

Thank you.............

what a sick cover in the 10th. G-slam with two outs.. of course now we just need to shut the seamen down.

Love it, although these things seem to equal out over time.
