Two suspensions and he still is playing

It is 2010, they can't have a hearing on this within a day or two with the way technology is now? Videoconferencing etc

Think baseball needs to fix this. By the time these guys actually get suspended, it's like weeks later. I know they are playing the Mets now, but is it fair to teams in pennant races?

I know he's appealing. What I'm saying is these hearings need to be in a MUCH more timely manner. It's ridiculous

The appeal process is a joke thats for sure. In this day in age with all the technology available, they could do it over the phone, web cam even etc. Its dumb, and this should get changed in the CBA.
