I LOVE this "year of the pitcher stuff"!!

Its great to see baseball getting back to what it used to be and what it should be, pitching and defense, love it!!

I remember in the 80's when hitting 35-40HR's was a huge year and you were a power hitter. In the 90's-00's if you were not hitting 25 something was wrong with you.

What about all the arms on the juice Y23? I dont think that can be discounted.

Im all for a strikezone though like its intended to be from the armpits to the knees and only over the plate. Every ump having his own strikezone is bullshit.

But I agree with you guys I think 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 games are much better to watch then a 12-9 four hour marathon.

like the fast paced well pitched games as well. makes the game better to watch.

MCP as long as the strike zone is consistent for that umpire and throughout the game I have no issue with it being different. I believe the majority of these pitchers are good enough to adapt as long as it stays the same for that game.
