If Yankees and Rangers win...
who gets home field for the alcs? the yanks cause of better record, or rangers because they won division and arent the wild card?
I have tickets to game 2 in NY of the alcs. thought I was out of it because yanks lost division, but buddy I was going with said the Yanks will be home if they and rangers win.

Rangers would have home field because they won their division
Wildcards will always be on the road Game 2 in NY "would" be on 10/19
