Really like the Diamondbacks in today's game. Rockies have Jason Hammel going who is not very good at all. Last time out he faced the Royals and got banged up. Gave up 5 earned runs in 6 innings, gave up 2 dingers, and took the loss. He lost to this same D'Backs team back in april against the same pitcher. He was so bad he didn't even make it to the 4th inning. He threw 65 pitches in 3 innings, gave up 6 hits 5 runs, 1 dinger, and took the loss. Plus I'm seeing that he re-aggravated his groin in the last game, but says he's good to go. My guess is Mr. Hammel doesn't last too long today. D'backs counter with Dan Haren who hasn't been too outstanding himself. He did manage to get the win last time out in a 8-6 shootout with the Blue Jays. He actually went 8 full innings, giving up 4 runs and striking out 8. He also pitched same day Hammel did last time out and he did just fine against this same team. Again, going 8 innings, gave up a stellar 2 earned runs, struck out 10 and got the win. You catching my drift here folks? Lol, D'Backs are the play
