they will make a run eventually. tex needs arod to protect him and vice versa.

posada is out for 4 weeks now, joba cant go more then 6 innings, sabathia got fat again.

if they are more then 8 games out at the break then they are done

Not his fault that he has to deal with that many insanely overpaid egos in one clubhouse. But, that's the territory that comes with wearing those pinstripes - made to feel like you're worth more than you really are, and destined to underperform. Ah, god I love being a Jays fan.

You enjoy this, Yankees fans. Enjoy watching your team rot and fall apart. Best thing to happen in baseball every year is watching these guys fail.

Exactly.....he didnt seem to have much trouble in florida where he had a team that wanted to play

I have mix feelings about Joe Girardi. I dont blame him for everything. I believe Yankees should've kept Joe Torre even though he always looks like he's sleeping in the dugout. It seems like the players respect Torre and I'm not too sure if all the high price players respect Girardi. Yankees shouldve hired Mattingly over Girardi's experience. I'm assuming, everyone would've respect Mattingly and play their ass off for him. Just my opinion...
