It Makes Sense for me to Play....
The Angels @ -130 and Here's Why... Sentiment among most bettors is that Jered Weaver is off his game after two back-to-back disappointing outings. I see this as a great opportunity for Weaver to get back on track against a top-tier opponent. This is a game where he can really build back his confidence for the remainder of the season with a quality outing. ![]() As in insurance policy, Weaver may be able to get away with pitching mediocre - like 7.0 and 4 ER. The Angels have shown enough moxie to compete with the best and this is the best. ![]() Yankees have got to be tired playing in a grueling series agains the Orioles and then traveling across country to Anaheim. I am NOT saying that will translate into sloppy play, but it is certainly to their disadvantage. ![]() Yanks bullpen has chewed up and screwed up a lot of innings the past four days+, while Angels BP has pretty much had a two day rest. ![]() Angels hold a 17-7 record with money line in this range // Yankee's have been lackluster as road dogs ![]() Again, this is going to be a tight one for either side - Line is a bit high at -133 but a change to cash a winning ticket is better than a good value that loses. ![]() Again - If this doesn't work, as I'm 0 for my last 2 (so be cautious), then I'm finished for the season. Best of Luck to all in what ever you do. Last edited by yello; 09-09-2011 at 04:55 PM. |
