looks like the Cubs lose twice....letting him go, and now their rival gets him

On June 27, Mark DeRosa was traded by Cleveland to the Cardinals for relief pitcher Chris Perez.

derosa topped out in every single statistical category offensively last year, he wont touch those numbers this year

he's awesome, he's italian (makes him better) and he's versatile, but he'll never have another year like he did last year, thus making it not as big of a deal as most make it into that we got rid of him.

and no, i'm not saying i'm happy or ok with the fact that we got rid of him either, so don't throw shots

And once Ram comes back, where would he play?

Right Field, we have the desired lefthanded hitter in Bradley, batting .197 vs Righties and DeRosa an anemic .251

Second Base? well, we have the hard hitting lefty, Fontenot, batting a robust .236

Unless Cubs move to AL, just no place for DeRosa
