Cubs Over 13 -120

Rangers -110

2 flyball pitchers in Wrigley. A Rod 32% GB rate and Rodrigo around 37% last 2 years....I'll assume wind is howling for 2 junk offenses since its a 13 total.

Rangers line smells and not a big fan of Wade Davis this year and Holland has some decent road splits.

Lets see if I can post a couple winners
