Monday MLB Action/Weather Info

2 profitable weeks so far! Going for 3 starting tonight!

No picks yet, just some leans and weather info. Looks like a lot of rain-affected games tonight. Here are the worst forcasts....

SD/Phi: 100% chance of rain, wind right to left at around 18 mph, temp will feel like 45 degrees

Oak/NYY: 70% chance of rain, wind straight in from center at 21 mph, temp will feel like 41 degrees

Fla/Pit: 60% chance of thunderstorms, wind in from right-center at 16 mph, temp will feel like 52 degrees

Atl/Wash: 50% chance strong thunderstorms, wind in from center/right-center at 12 to 15 mph

Thinking of hitting the under on all of them.

Leaning to SD and Cincy as well.

My top 2 weather games postponed now! Sucks. Those were going to be nice unders, especially in NY with 2 lefties on the mound.

A lot of other sports going on tonight, so I just went with the unders in the two remaining bad-weather games. Just hope it's not one of those nights where multiple rain delays bring out the last guys on the bullpen benches.

is there a rule on how long it can be considered a delay before it becomes postponed?

no game can start or resume after 1am local time I believe. that won't come into play here anyway, though

just saw the Nats game is scheduled to start at 9:15pm ET

There's still a ton of rain all around DC. Can't imagine they'll play straight through. Maybe they're just trying to get in 5 innings, then call it.

ok i know fter 5 it counts for the records, but does it count for bookies too?

the side counts if it's "official," which it would be if they call it final any time after 5 innings.

all totals are considered "no action" if a game doesn't go at least 9 innings. even if you have the over, and it goes over before they call it, it's no good.

He's given up 4 hits thru 3, but nobody's plated, so I'll take it. 1 hit off Lowe so far, but that's no surprise. He generally starts strong.

1-0 so far. 1st game didn't play out the way I thought, but it stayed under, and that's all that counts!
