Secondbase, I'm not saying I'm right but I am saying I know my favorite team pretty well. Cueto was horrid in his rehab starts in Louisville. He continues to have pitch count issues like Edinson Volquez where he's up around 100 and it's usually the 5th or 6th inning. First start of the year last week he was around 100 pitches but shocked me with his numbers - not walking anyone and turning in a great performance. I just feel like the shoe drops today. This is the first time he's faced St. Louis since the bench clearing brawl w these teams in Cincinnati last August. That was the turning point in the Central race - Cincy went onto win the division and the Cards who had a 3 game lead at the time if I remember started to fall. In that brawl Cueto spiked Jason LaRue in the head and knocked him out for the year and don't doubt the impact that had. No love lost here.

I'm just telling you to be careful and consider going O/U elsewhere or if you still like the play of under I'd not go beyond a normal amount. Cueto has almost a 6.5 ERA against the Cards and consider these lifetime averages against him:

Holliday .455 (5 for 10 last year alone)
Molina .429 (4 for 6 last year alone)
Rasmus .357 (4 for 9 last year alone)
Theriot .393
Albert .235

Yeah - I love my Reds but I'm going to play St. Louis at plus money here and think it's a solid play - although my posted plays have SUCKED so keep that in mind too.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

It is crap weather here today if that influences anything for you.

McClellan, todays starting pitcher for the St Louis Cardinals, is leaving right after the game, to ride home with family as his wife will be induced into labor tomorrow.

ST LOUIS is 13-0 OVER (+13 Units) after 3 straight games without giving up a stolen base this season.
The average score was ST LOUIS 7.4, OPPONENT 5.8 - (Rating = 5*)

ST LOUIS is 9-0 OVER (+9.1 Units) after 3 consecutive game versus a division rival this season.
The average score was ST LOUIS 6.1, OPPONENT 5.3 - (Rating = 3*)

hope this helps some

2base glad to see someone else is noticing lines that look fishy. I'm not much of a totals player and I believe if it looks to good to be true then it probably is. Play the over

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Very sorry 2B - I'm on the losing end right now of a Cards ML play for 5 units. Feel worse though for swaying you in any way from your original under. I thought the numbers backed up the Cards going off on Cueto. Sorry about the advice........
