NL Cy Young Award
4 candidates imo
Kershaw: 20-5, 2.27era, 244k's, 226ip Halladay: 18-6, 2.41era, 217k's, 227.2ip Kennedy: 20-4, 2.88era, 194k's, 216ip Cliff Lee: 16-8, 2.38era, 232k's, 226.2ip No pitcher has ever won the triple crown and not won the cy young. Kershaw in my opinion is the NL Cy Young hands down, should not even be close but I think it will be. I will say it's impressive what Roy & Cliff do in that bandbox in philly, whereas Kershaw gets to do his pitching in a more pitcher friendly park. As bad as the dodgers season has been, could they get both the cy young and mvp? I think they have a chance

There shouldn't even be a poll on this. Kershaw hands down CY award winner. Any pitcher who can beat that POS tim lincecum four times in one year deserves it. I don't care if the Dodgers are a crappy team this year.

I agree that Kershaw should take it, but as for who finishes next, it should be Kennedy no questions asked.
Philly was built to win now and having a team that can pound out that many runs makes Doc and CL less favourable than Kennedy, IMO. But ya, CK has done enough to win the NL CY Young this year. Good on him.
