Pedro agree to terms with the Phillies
passed physical today and agreed to terms, press conference set for tomorrow, not really sure what to think about that one seems to be a 1 year 1 mill dollar deal with 1.5 in incentives

Pedro will never be the pitcher he use to be. Injuries have done him in. Most pitchers never recover. I don't see him making much of an impact for the Phillies. Just MO
