Nice win! Gotta get a little luck now and then. Unassisted triple play is pretty sweet!

Although it should be pointed out that the only way to get a triple play is with two on and no outs. Just saying.

Congrats!

Its never happened, and would probably require the three baserunners to attempt a triple steal, then simultaneously break their ankles or rupture their hamstrings, not get back to any base, then get tagged out as they each lay there in agony.

Still. Bases loaded, no outs? It would take a miracle for the ball get grounded directly at a player, say to third, then have it thrown to two more bases before at least one player got back to their base, likely first base, in time. It would take all three runners thinking the ball was going to get past the fielder, and then he comes up with it. It would be unlikely that all runners were going on contact in a bases loaded, no out situation.

I would have to say it's more difficult and unlikely than an unassisted triple play. Would require a ground ball, would take too much time, and require more than one player completely not paying attention or knowing where the ball is, along with a bad manager allowing his runners to go on contact in a situation it's not needed. I don't think it's ever happened.
