Phillies starter Roy Oswalt has alternated wins and losses over his last three outings, coming in off a 4-2 road loss to the Mariners. The right-hander allowed four runs and eight hits over 6 1/3 innings in that particular start. He has struggled with his control recently in issuing two walks in each of his last four outings. Oswalt will be aiming to even his road record tonight, coming in with a 2-3 mark and 3.38 ERA in seven starts away from Citizens Bank Park. In 29 career appearances (28 starts) versus the Cardinals, he has posted a 9-8 record and 3.15 ERA.
