Phillies Wednesday Night

Out of town all day on business tomorrow so going to post now for tonight's game. The Fish continue to struggle at the plate and especially against lefty's...last time out Gorzelanny held them to 2 runs in 7 innings and Lee will be the best lefty they have seen to date this year.

The stat I like tonight is the same one I should have went with last night with JJ and that is the Phillies are 5-0 in Lee's last five starts following a loss. The Fish will have to be agressive at the plate if they are going to get to Lee as he pitches ahead in the count with great control (60 k's in 46.1 innings)...could see alot of k's on the board for the Fish tonight.

We also get a "road team" ump in Timmons tonight.

The Marlins got the win they wanted last night...the play tonight is the Phillies and Lee.
